how do i reset motor? up and wont go down

There is no reset button.
If the motor click for 10 seconds when you try to close, the sensor is blocked or misaligned. Clean path of sensor and make sure they point straight with the door and in level.
If you can hear the motor inside run, but nothing moving. It's the drive gear that's bad.
