Outdated Navigation System

I have a 2007 Lexus RX 350 that I aquired used, this past summer. Changes have been made in the highways and in some street names in areas that I travel that are not showing up on the Navigation System. It throws me off or takes me an indirect route when I use it to get places. How do I, or can I, have the  the Navigation System in the car updated some way?
