Can't Print In Blue!

Why doesn't my Lexmark S405 print in blue? I tried everything now and still nothing. I thought the ink was finished and bought a new cartridge. It doesnt want to print blue at all! Please help!

You need to update the firmware. Please make sure the usb cord is plugged in from the printer directly to your computer when updating. If more than one download is listed for your model, choose the first download in the list. If it is the wrong firmware level, an error message will tell you which firmware level is correct.

After successfully updating your printer, run the Deep Clean Printhead function on your printer.

For non-touch screen printers: Press the Setup button > Maintenance > Deep Clean Printhead.

If you still have problem, please scan and email us a test page ( setup → maintenance → print test page) from your printer after the update so we can evaluate the result. Please include the location of the stamp http://bit.ly/vLvfCx.
