Cartridge Missing Even Though It Has Been Replaced With New.
Yellow 100 replaced with yellow 100XL shows missing cartridge error no matter what I try. Tried unplugging, made sure security protection isn't causing a problem, made sure everything was updated, turned everything off and on to reset. Only regular yellow 100 will work not XL cartridges. Any ideas? Thanks.

Make sure all of the protective tapes are already taken off the cartridge. Also, make sure you hear a click when you insert the cartridge and that it's a genuine Lexmark cartridge.
