Lenovo Ideatab A2109 Tablet Screen Is Unresponsive

My Lenovo IdeaTab A2109 Tablet screen is unresponsive? I can start it but the screen won't respond to anything I do, not even the power off screen. I have to hold down the power button until it finally turns off. When I turn it back on it's the same thing all over again.

This maybe an operating system failure which requires restoration of the device to its factory settings. Restore your Lenovo IdeaTab A2109A to its factory settings by following the tutorial videos below.
