1) Please delete any videos or photos (taken with the LeapPad camera) from the device.
2) Put the LeapPad in "update" mode and connect:
a. Begin with the LeapPad turned off and the LeapFrog Connect application running on your computer.
b. Hold down these three buttons at the same time:
- Right on the DPad (Since the device can be rotated two ways, the right arrow is on the right side of the DPAD when you are holding it in portrait mode)
- Home
- Down Volume
c. While holding down all 3 buttons , press the power button to turn the LeapPad on.
d. When it powers on, it will have an image of a LeapPad with a yellow triangle on the screen.
e. Connect the LeapPad to the computer.
