Brand New Leap Pad 2 Keeps Disconnecting During Syncing And Downloads
Im trying to load games onto my brand new lap pad 2. It goes about halfway through the download and syncing process and then promts a warning saying that the leap pad disconnected and to reconnect to the computer. i am not touching anything nor unplugging the USB cable. Any suggestions? Very frustrated!

i had the same problem. The same message came up when the damn pad would switch off due to the low battery life. As you know the leap pad drains battery life. make sure the batteries are not the problem. the leap pad needs to be kept on at alllll timeduring the syncing and download stage. this also happened when i had the firewall switched on. if you have anymore problems i suggest u call customer support. hope this helps
