Not Recognizing My System On Computer And Not Turning On.
When I plug my device in to the computer it does not recognize the device for me to try and fix the device. And earlier I tried to turn my son's leap pad 3 on and it shows a black screen with blue writing but I can not do anything. Can anyone help me please.
