Leappad2 Downloaded Apps Aren't Showing Up

I just registered and downloaded my daughters LeapPad2. I went through LeapFrog Connect to download the free apps available, but they do not appear on the LeapPad. At the completion of the downloads I received an error with [Message 11] in the box. I ejected the device, reconnected and the apps continue to download past 100% (some even got to 200%) but never show up on the LeapPad device. Any idea what's going on?
