Leap Pad App Not Working

I bought 2 leappad 2's, 1 pink and 1 green. I bought 2 apps and synced them onto each leappad.  The apps are videos and are running fine on the pink leappad but not on the green leappad. I have removed the apps and resyned the apps. I have reset the leappad. I have redownloaded the leappad connect software.  NO LUCK! Please Help!
