Not Finding Hardware
when I am trying to setup my tag junior it is telling me that it is not able to find hardware when I have it connected to the usb cable and plugged in?

HERE is the Leap Frog Installation Instructions. If this doesn't help you, there is a link on that page to Customer Service, and I'm sure they'll get you up and running.
