Also, try removing all of the batteries and holding down the "ON" button for about 45 seconds. Then replace the batteries (be sure they are fresh and contacts are cleaned from possible oxidation) and try your product again.

They will be able to issue a return authorization and advise you of any replacement/repair fees. Please do not return any merchandise to us without a return authorization.
