I Bought And Installed Free App On Leapfrog Explorer For A Needy Child For A Chr

Christmas gift. Not sure if they have computer acess. How can the child's parents reset account info if they do have internet service? And is it safe to leave my e-mail on this account? I would really like to delete the app from my computer. Just need to know what to do.
