Resetting Scout
How do i reset My Pals Scout to factory Settings. I need to do a return but i have already personalised it. I need my child's name out.

Hello, Leapfrog does not offer instructions for resetting Scout. You could try connecting it to your computer using the USB cable, running the Leapfrog program, and manually changing the stored name to get your child's name out. Otherwise, you'll have to contact Leapfrog support to see if they can provide instructions for resetting the toy. You can do contact them at [email protected].
