No Posted Test Results To My Portal.

my doctors have been using Labcorp for years. One of my doctors sends me to a local office for blood work. All of my information on file is correct. I just had blood work done on Friday, June 9, 2017. My doctor called Monday, June 12, 2017 with the results. My portal has not posted any results yet. I usually get results in about a week. I sent an inquiry using the contact OWL info on the site about 10 days ago. I never heard anything back. So, here I am trying this site.

Sorry for your problems. When you say "I sent an inquiry using the contact OWL info." I'm presuming you used the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/labcorp/customer-service. If your inquiry got no response, you might want to escalate to corporate: use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/labcorp/Corporate%20Office; or the best course might be to complain to your doctor [or the doctor's office], who could complain to the company running the portal, as it's the doctor who pays the portal company.
