The previous answer is wrong. Some locations are open Saturdays, and one of these my be near you. Use the form at https://www.labcorp.com/labs-and-appointments, inputting the distance you're willing to travel: the result will answer your concern.

There is no reference to any labs being open over the weekend. I suggest you go here & input your location info to see where & when lab services are available.
