Clothes Super Wet After Spin Cycle.

Clothes are still very wet after the spin cycle is completed (even on high spin cycle).I have already replaced the drain pump, and it appears to be draining properly. I haven't seen any schematics that show this model has a drain filter, but I am looking for any potential causes to the water not being removed properly.
