The drain pump would be situated at the bottom of the unit in normal situations. You can obtain the user guide form this link if you do not have one.

The pump will be a small motor attached to the lower part of the machine where the outlet pipe connects to it. It is possible that if it is not working the blades in the pump are obstructed as they are not powerful. Removing and cleaning is the first priority and then replacement if faulty. These can be obtained from auction sites or a normal internet search for spares.
