Washer Is Noisy When Turning Under Motor Power, But Very Quiet When Spin By Hand
it fills with water, turns in both directions ontermitantly, but also locks in place at other times untill the LE finally displays. it sometimes "attempts" to turn, but just does a little jerk & then locks after a few minutes of this the LE code displays
