Lg Wm0532hw Not Turning On.

I have an older lg wm0532hw not turning on when I press the power button. I pulled the back panel and checked the power to it. The white plug going into the noise filter box is getting 120v. From there I check the power to the board. The green/yellow wire is also getting voltage after the noise fuse box. When I push the power button, I'm noticing the little red LED light situated in the back of the board blink about 5 times but I'm not getting any power or lights on the front display. I took pics but it said they were to large
