Door Is Locked .

I can not get it to open

Is the "child lock" engaged?  The display will blick CL and all controls are locked out.  Pless "SOIL LEVEL" + "BEEPER" to set/unset it.

The door will not open if the water temp is too high.  It will unlock after it cools.

The user manual does not go into locked doors but it does list error codes if there are any displayed.  If the child lock is off you may need to have a service man have a look.
