Top Of Freezer Compartment Gets Heated

Top of freezer compartment gets heated in side by side door refrigerator. The refrigerator side compartment is normal temperature. Everything is working fine. But I can see some glue like things is coming out of top portion of compartment of freezer side i.e from the joint place of inner plastic and outer metal.
