Condensation On The Outside & Inside Of The Freezer

it's  a 2008 machine that only is used 4 months out of the year and condensation forms on the outside and inside. On the top were the doors close, around the vents ice cristals form.  The machines is constantly wet.  Also on the sfree of the refrigator where the condensation is it looks like it is swollen. I have change the settings to make the inside warmer.
