How Do You Get Refrigerator Out Of Off Mode
We got a new LFX25961AL and can't get it to run. It is like it is in DEMO mode. We have read the directions and can't seem to unlock it.

Q. Is there an O FF Error Code shown on front display?
A. If the refrigerator is displaying an O FF Error Code, the unit is in Demo Mode. To remove error code, refrigerator door must be open. Press and hold Refrigerator and Ice Plus button simultaneously for 5 to 10 seconds or until the display changes. This is NOT the Er FF Error Code.
Q. Is this Error shown on a Top Mount refrigerator?
A. If refrigerator is displaying an O FF Error Code on a Top Mount Refrigerator, this indicates the unit is in Demo Mode. To remove error code, refrigerator door must be open. Press and hold Freezer Door Switch (light switch) and Refrigerator Temperature button for 3 to 5 seconds. This should remove Error Code.Tanya B
