Should I Complain To The Cspc About Lg?

LG has recalled many defective dehumidifiers. I've phoned and emailed to find out if mine is one. They give me nonsense answers, or say they don't know. When I ask by email, I get linked to this site. I want an answer from LG, who made the product and is responsible, not an answer from another customer who doesn't have any responsibility for a correct answer, and may not know the facts. Why doesn't LG answer? They've already been fined for their abusive practices around recalls. Should I complain to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, or some other entity?Thanks in advance for your kind advice.

I can find no reference to your model being recalled. I suggest you contact CPSC to register your complaint.
