How Do I Reset My Lg L55c

To do a hard reset with the phone off, boot into recovery mode by holding down home key, volume down, and the power key. Select wide delvak cache using the volume key to navigate and the home key to select. After you've wiped the cache, select factory data reset, then select reboot. That will repair any damaged system files.
If you just want to get your personal info off the phone you dont have to do a recovery reset. you can just go into settings and select privacy. Select factory data reset and confirm.
