Greetings - It can either due to hardware failure or a corrupted system file. To repair the latter you can reser your phone to Factory Defaults - If this does not work - you can repost for instructions on how to hard reset it. Please note that both reset methods delete absolutely everything on the phone - hence backup is recommended before proceeding.
