Low Sound Quality Lg Hbs-700
The right side speaker is always low volumn is there something in the settings that might have caused that to happen or is the speaker blown...I can hear but very low audio

This is not related to any setting. I believe that there is a problem with the hardware part of your LG HBS-700. Unfortunately, there is no possible repair for these kinds of devices since replacement parts are not available. You can replace the entire device if you have the extra budget for replacement.
