Hi. My Computer Does Not Recognise My Lg Super Multi.why?

Ok, now please download the following 'Fixit' tool onto your system:

Done that, run the tool and follow the on-screen instructions accordingly ..restart thereafter and check if you are able to get your CD/DVD drive to work all right now.
