Trying To Reset Factory Settings Because I Am Unable To Use My Internet Server

Hello to reset your phone simply follow these steps:
1. Put off the phone, remove and reinsert the battery
2. Press and Hold at the same time the Up and donw volume button + Camera Button + Power button.
3. Hold on till the screen shows Cold boot, then release the power button.
4. Hold on to the up and down volume and Camera buttons untill the welcome screen comes up.
Note: Doing this will erase your Data.
Alternatively
Go to Tap Application List - Settings - about - Reset your phone
