Not Works

THE POWER SUPPLY HAVE ALL NORMAL VOLTAGE,POWER UP BUT NO WORK,NO IMAGE.ALL VOLTAGES IS CORRECT,WHAT'S HAPPENING.i CHECK FAIL COMPONENTS,RESISTORS,TRANSISTORS,DIODOS,NO SHORT CIRCUIT,EVERYTHING NORMAL.IS POSSIBLE HAVE DIAGRAM?
