Top Tray - Paper Curling

Pages being printed to the "Top Tray" (the tray in the center of the machine, above the paper drawers) come out curled in-half sometimes, and cause all following pages to get caught up. Nothing jams, but the output it a jummbled mess. We have been told to try putting the paper in the bottom drawer, the opposite direction of how we think it is curling. This hasn't helped at all.

If this is happening from all trays, with different brands of paper, and after flipping the paper over in the tray, one option is to have your service technician come in and increase the fuser press temperature by ~10 degrees.
