We Have A Fax That Will Not Go To Our Customer. It Shows A Result Of 'u00811'

THE RESULT IS SHOWN ON THE ERROR OCCURRED REPORT. WHAT DOES THIS CODE MEAN? NEED TO FIND A WAY TO FAX TO THIS CUSTOMER DAVE SMITH SPECTAPE OF WISCONSIN
