Replaced Toner, Now Says Adding Toner For Over 5 Minutes

It should not take 5 minutes to add the toner. Try removing and reinstalling the toner cartridge. Was the old cartridge truly out of toner? If you were getting the "add toner" message but there is still a decent amount of toner left in the old cartridge, you could have a problem with the toner supply system.

Unplug the printer then clean the roller and the toner sensor Then check if the dev unit is rotating.

This should solve the "Adding Toner".
