Receiving Fax
This is a weird one. I cannot receive a fax from one particular company. They can receive my faxes, but my machine will not accept theirs. I think they send my faxes via their computer system. They are the ONLY ones from whom I cannot receive faxes. Is there something I can do or ask them to do from their end. I keep receiving a "communication" error.
