My printerhead was locked over to the left and would not move. Kodak Customer Support told me I needed to buy a new printer. I couldn't find an easy way to disassemble the cabinet wwith out breaking something so I cut an access hole over the print head and cartridges. I removed both cartridges and turned on the printer and it centered the print head. I took out the print head and cleaned it and reinstalled the cartridges and it works fine. Easy access to that area would have made it an easy fix. A simple removable access door or top panel would have been a brilliant idea.
