How To Fix A Stuck Printer Head In A Kodak 6150

If you can get the print head to the middle clean everything to the left under the top cover - mine had loads of wet sticky ink that repeatedly stuck the print head to the left. Very messy job - wear a pair of vynal examination gloves (boxes of 100 from chemists for £5) and a use baby wipes to clean out as much ink as possible. Remove and clean print head as well as the grey foam to right side of printer as this also collects sticky ink. Refit printhead/ink cartridges and it should detect new print head, auto calibrate and be back in service - worked for me today.
