Ksm150psmc Will Not Run

THis mixer just quit one day. It has had mild use for 6 years. After reading online I purchased a new control plate assembly, Brushes and the phase control borad. Basically all the electronics that could be replaced without swapping the motor assemble out. When I installed it all today, turned it on the mixer moved very slightly and again, nothing. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
