Water Build Up In The Bottom Of The Freezer

My KitchenAid KFIS27CXMS refridgerator has ice build up at the bottom of the freezer under the large drawer. I can not see where this water is coming from. When I search online all answers lead to a clogged drain plug. I have no idea where this plug is or whether that is the problem. I removed all the ice I can not find a manual to show me where the location of anything is. Please help me . Thank you

HI. Your fridge's drain hole is most likely clogged/frozen and thus not draining. See the tutorial here http://homeguides.sfgate.com/fix-iced-freezer-bottom-42777.html - Also see the videos here www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSiLmJQmzEY and here www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sn1yimizKWA
