How Do You Set The Temperature For The Temperature Probe?

We have a turkey in the oven and have inserted and plugged in the temperature probe as instructed in the manual.  We want to increase the temperature to 180 from the base 160 but the instructions in the manual do not work for us.

You need to set the probe temp before setting the oven temperature.  If the oven is already on, you cannot set the probe temp.  Cancel the the oven temp and bake settings and start over.  That works!
