This New Refrigerator Is Not Cooling . Where Is The On/off Cooling Button?

If the pictures that I saw on the internet were correct, then when you open the refrigerator doors, at the top in the middle, there should be two spinning wheels with which you can set the temperature. The wheels are probably numbered from 0-9. All of the pictures had a low resolution, so it was hard to tell. There is some type of control system in the above stated location.
