Missing Pieces

I had ordered this mixer and when I received it may 12,2018 it was missing pieces and when I went to return it at the store every one of the other ones I had tried to replace it with was also missing pieces I want my money back or a free one sent to me. I am one very unsatisfied customer

Your question is a bit confusing--as the simplest course would be to get the refund at the store--but maybe you waited beyond the return period for that retailer. If so, KitchenAid should definitely supply the missing pieces at no charge. Use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/kitchenaid/customer-service.
