Wifi Wont Work

I HAVE A PERSONAL HOT SPOT ON MY CELL AND I USE IT TO CONNECT MY KINDLE TO WIFI, IT WAS WORKING FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS AND NOW IT SAYS ITS CONNECTED AND FULL STRENGTH BUT AT THE TOP RIGHT THE WIFI HAS A X BY IT AND I CANT CONNECT
