Download Old Kindle Content To New One /

Previous 2 kindles (generation 4) broke down (screen). Have just purchased a new one (kindle paperwhite 6ÃA533;¨me generation). Followed the procedure on screen after it being charged, then downloaded my books via usb from my cloud to the new kindle. info: I had to order the kindle from amazon.fr (I live in Belgium) but my account with amazon is UK (but UK does not deliver in Belgium)Problem1: my new kindle does not appear in my cloud (manage your content and device) even though it is registered under the same account as my previous kindlesProblem2: if I try to read a book downloaded from my cloud onto my new kindle I get a message "unable to open item it is licensed to a different userProblem3: the collections I had set up in my previous kindle are no longer there (after downloading the content of my previous kindle into this new paperwhite)Thanks for your helpBest regardsAnne
