I Need To Clear My Newkindle Fire Hd Since I Keep Getting 'authentication Failed
I cannot access my new Kindle Fire HD User Guide since it won't take my login user name password combination. How do I clear this to start over? It does say my name "Frances's Kindle" but my daughter lost all the settings she had put in when she changed it to my registered name and she doesn't know it well enough.
