Can't Access My Gmail Accounts On My Kindle

Ever since Gmail asked me to create a phone number that they can use to let me know if a person hacks my account, my Kindle will not load either of my gmail accounts.  It's seems to go back and forth between the two account inboxes in the browser address window endlessly without loading anything.  What can I do to fix this!
