Kdcx895 Cd Player And Iphone Connector Stopped Working - What Can I Do.

My daughter's radio just did the same thing. I took it back to where I purchased and had the radio installed. The tech removed the faceplate and hit the reset button just below the faceplate connector on the radio for a few seconds. NOTE: He warned not to do this often as the radio can only be reset 5 times before it "Locks". Then it requires factory service. After the first reset the CD and USB port worked but the display didn't light so he hit the reset again and now all is well.
