The volume control is not working. The volume control is in the back of the unit and there are two buttons on the front of the unit that could be causing this problem. Pressing one of these buttons will toggle between "POWER" and "VOLUME". If pressing either button does not change the sound, then it is likely that this button does not work or that there is a loose connection somewhere in the cord.
