I Have A Kdc-bt648u Radio, Can't Get Out Of Demo, Volume Button Not Working

Hi. The only way to take it off is as follows and involves the use of the 'Volume button' - the unit will sadly require service first in that case.
1. Press the volume knob to enter [FUNCTION].
2. Turn the volume knob to select [DEMO MODE], then press to enter.
3. Turn the volume knob and select Off.
4. Hold the turn looking icon just above 'Band' to finish the procedure.
