Alarm Code On Kenmore Induction Range

What does the EO 3 alarm code mean on the Kenmore Induction Range 2 front and rear left side burners go into this code I have unplugged and rep lugged when turning on high it starts to count down and then go to low and stays there we did have a power outage before thishappened
